Project: Cheese Fest UK - celebrating 30 years of Wallace and Gromit
The brief: We were asked to design and built all of the props and sets for Cheese Fest UK and then to help the team tour it around 12 venues across the UK over the course of 8 months.
What we did:
created 3 custom inflatables: the wrong trousers, a giant rocket ship, and a cheese moon
designed and built a full replica of Wallace & Gromit's living room, complete with a tiled fireplace!
built and branded 2 giant deck chairs
designed and built an assortment of children's games including evil penguin skittles - each pin hand-painted by our team
painted picket fencing yellow for the perimeter of the display
Our in-house carpenters built two giant deck chairs out of wood, and we had two branded skins printed for the seats.
We created 3 custom inflatables for the tour, including the Wrong Trousers, the rocket ship and a cheese moon. Below is the mock-up of the Wrong Trousers to give an understanding of the process from initial design to final product!
